I realized yesterday that our journal has been online for two years! I can't believe it's been two years! In that time, we became engaged, planned a wedding, married (entries by Chris and Kyra), watched our baby grow, gave birth to our son Luca, and watched him grow into an energetic and curious toddler. So much has happened since that first journal entry! The quote Kyra posted in that entry from John Lennon, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans," seems ever relevant.
Kyra, I hope you aren't nearly as frightened nor less excited as you were on that day. We are a family because you are an excellent mother and wife. Thank you.
