Chris and I finally figured out how we got pregnant:

It explains everything!
I am now in my 11th week, and thank god! I think I can confidently say that I have passed the awful morning sickness phase of my pregnancy (and there was much rejoicing). My hip and back are also feeling much better, which I attribute to our "new" bed. I think I am starting to stick out a bit more than could be considered normal, although it is still not noticeable under sweaters or loose shirts. I am doing the yoga pants thing now, I find them much more comfortable and I am loathe to start looking at maternity clothes as I think they are a huge waste of money.
About the only other important news these past two weeks is I started my new job at the Chinese/English preschool. I teach in two classrooms, one composed of eight 4-5 year olds and one composed of seven 2-3 year olds. Working with children is always challenging, and I found my 2-3 year olds a particular struggle as I have never worked with such a young age group before. I have children who are just barely talking and understand mainly Chinese with a few words in English.
Thank goodness my energy level returned as my nausea abated. However, as tired as I find myself at the end of the day, I enjoyed my first week and am optimistic about the future. I finally feel that my skill are being put to good use. I am hopeful that this job will prove a good fit for me.

Darn cats are always up to no good!
I did buy maternity shirts, but only a very few, and only wore yoga pants that I bought a size bigger than my pre-pregnancy size. They were a bit tight in week 41, but still comfy.
